500 pc. 13.5g Monte Carlo Poker Chip Set with Aluminum Case

Very satisfied with the chips as the look and feel amazing; however, the case looks and feels cheap. I also worry about the long term life of the case during normal use as the case clearly cannot handle the weight of the chips. The case came with some scuff marks which kinda sucks but not a huge deal to me; however, the case itself FLEXES when you're just simply picking it up by the handle with everything inside which is a big deal to me. I'm shocked that no one has mentioned this before so maybe I got a dud case/the wrong case but the case itself turned my unboxing from a super pleased experience to a rather disappointing one.

I ordered the 500 piece set with the case. Upon arrival I opened the box the case was in and I had no chips. I wasn't happy to say the least. I then emailed them and they responded instantly is seemed like. They saw my previous review and called me right up. The gentleman I spoke with made things right and told me they were sending out the chips right away. The first box seemed a bit torn apart upon arrival so the chips may have came out either way within a couple days I received my new chips and we are ready to rock. Thank you for the follow up!
