The weather is warming up, the sun is setting later. It's time to take the game night outdoors and freshin' things up a bit. Summer evenings can be a great opportunity to change things up and do an outdoor poker game or bingo in the yard. We'll get you set with tips to enjoy the nice weather and have a fun time. We'll get the grill going if you bring the burgers!

Outdoor Gaming Surface
We don't want you to take your awesome hand-built poker table outdoors. Setting up a quick and fun playing surface outdoors can be really easy. We've used an interesting outdoor table cloth that creates a fun, festive look to the game.

If you're all about keeping things professional, suited speed cloth would be a great solution in combination with our perfect padded rail. Simply cover the table with your desired length of speed cloth and round out the edges with the padded rail. Now that outdoor picnic table is an impromptu poker table. When the night is over, just remove the temporary railing and roll the speed felt up for later use.

Get Everyone In On It!
Have family or friends who are new and hesitant about playing poker? Consider playing a for-fun game. A night without cash can still be just as fun and a great way to find new players to join a weekly game. Take the opportunity to introduce some friends to the game in a welcoming and entertaining environment. Who knows, maybe they'll enjoy it enough to want to play with some stakes later!

Up the Ante
The game may be just for fun, but that doesn't mean you can't make it interesting. Try some unique bets on a few hands. Are the beers running low? First one to fold on the next hand has to make the next drink run! The winner of the next pot gets control of the playlist. How about the first one out of chips hosts the next game night? Keep the stakes light and fun, and everyone will be sure to have a great time.

Now is a perfect time to take advantage of the warm weather and make a memorable game night. Hopefully, you can make great use of our summer game night tips.

Do you have any tips for outdoor poker games? Anything we missed? Feel free to comment below and let us know. Maybe we'll include it in round 2!
